To install PHP 7.4 in windows server follow these

instruction…

1:First install CGI for IIS( Internet Information Services )

2:Download PHP VC15 x64 Non Thread SafeĀ  zip package

click here to download VC15 x64 Non Thread Safe PHP zip file

3:After download Unzip it and put it to “C:\php7”

4:Give IIS “IUSR_” permission to this folder e.g php7 folder

5:Now edit php.ini file…

to edit php.ini follow these steps and edit it and remove semicolon

i:fastcgi.impersonate=1

ii:cgi.fix_pathinfo=0

iii:cgi.force_redirect=0

iv:edit extension and remove semicolon to install that extension in php

data.timezone=”UTC”

6:Now set variable path of php7 folder in Environment Variables of system

7:Now go to server and click to handler mapping and then click to add module mapping

8:Now add module mapping…to add mapping see given below image

9:Now add “index.php” to default document in server

It’s time to test php page in our localhost…open notepad or your favourite editor and write php script save it as “index.php” in root folder

caution:

To run php7.4 we need to install modern visual c++ redistribution software

just go to below in tools and framework option install that tools on the behalf of your system requirement
